This Salon is conducted in conformity with PSA and FIAP regulations. Acceptances and awards will be taken into account for the PSA Star Ratings, Who's Who, Distinctions and FIAP Artistic Titles. All acceptance eligibility shall be in accordance with the PID Star Ratings or the Galaxy/Diamond Ratings requirements as appropriate.

EXHIBITION ENTRANT’S AGREEMENT
By submitting images to any PSA recognized Exhibition, I acknowledge that I understand and agree to the following general and specific rules:

If another party is processing my images or submitting images on my behalf, I will still be held responsible for adhering to these Conditions of Entry and I will be subject to sanctions (penalties) for any violations to these Conditions of Entry.
The email address and physical address I provide with my entry, or that are provided by a third party on my behalf, are genuine. I will respond promptly to any email or written correspondence sent to those addresses by the exhibition organizer and/or by a FIAP or PSA ethics investigator. It is my responsibility to inform FIAP/PSA in the event I change of any of this information, otherwise any email or letter sent to the addresses I provide will be considered to be valid.
I hold copyright of each submitted image and all components of each submitted image.
Each submitted image and, where applicable, all component parts of each submitted image have been photographed by me.
I accept that FIAP and PSA have the right to investigate all suspicions of breaches of these Conditions of Entry, at any time before, during or after the judging. If requested by the exhibition organizer or by an authorized FIAP or PSA official, I will cooperate with investigation into the images I enter in this exhibition and respond promptly and honestly to any requests for information. If requested, I will provide the original, unedited version of each image I entered with original EXIF data intact, and any other information the investigator considers necessary to establish the legitimacy of my images.
I acknowledge that my inability or refusal to supply the image files or information requested by the exhibition organizer or by FIAP or PSA, or the provision of false or misleading information, may result in FIAP and/or PSA applying sanctions (penalties) to me.
I acknowledge that the judges in this exhibition have a right to identify images that are suspected of not complying with the Conditions of Entry.
I acknowledge that, if it is determined during the judging of this exhibition that I have submitted entries where one or more images fail to comply with these Conditions of Entry, including the stated definitions, the exhibition organizers reserve the right to delete my entry from the exhibition and void any or all acceptances or awards in connection with the exhibition. Fees may be forfeited in these circumstances.
I acknowledge that, in the event of the exhibition organizer or a FIAP or PSA official questioning the legitimacy of one of the images I enter, I will be given an opportunity to provide counter evidence to refute the alleged breach. That evidence will have to be submitted by the date specified in the email request from the exhibition organizer or PSA or FIAP official using the email address given with my entry.
I accept that breaches of these Conditions of Entry may result in FIAP and PSA imposing sanctions (penalties) in addition to any actions taken by the exhibition organizers. Those penalties may include designating the relevant images as “not valid for PSA Star Ratings” or not valid for FIAP artistic applications”.
I accept that if I am found to have breached these Conditions of Entry, my name may be placed on a FIAP and/or PSA list of sanctions (penalties) and I consent that this list will be provided to Exhibitions that have FIAP patronage and/or PSA recognition even if my image in question was submitted to an exhibition having only FIAP patronage or only PSA recognition. This may occur whether or not I am a member of PSA or an affiliate to FIAP.
